Committed Targeted Search: A specific Search and Selection Project, to an agreed and predefined Target market, with 3 stage payments and milestones agreed over a specified period of time.
Committed Search: An initial commitment fee is paid up front with the majority balance paid upon the placement of one of our candidates.
Project Search: A target market Search and selection project utilizing a number of candidate generation techniques created to find a number of candidates with similar profiles.
Advertised Search and Selection: Targeted advertising tools to generate a new and motivated candidate pool from which a thorough evaluation and screening process is undertaken.
Contingent Assignments: For speculative introductions and contingent assignments, the fee is payable as a single payment and only due on the start date of the successful candidate.

Example Assignment

Subject to agreement a Committed Targeted Search would be a 6-10 week project and would include:
- Preparation of the Company and Role Profiles and Candidate Briefing Document.
Identification of likely target organizations relevant for the industry sector and location. Name gathering of those individuals who by role, title or responsibilities, are likely to have the necessary skills and experience using a variety of sources.
Those targeted will then be approached in a confidential and discrete manner to gain their interest, ascertain their relevance and assess their potential.
After the initial screen the long-listed candidates, that appear to have the necessary competencies and experience, will be invited to be interviewed.
Interviews will include a full investigation of the most relevant candidates’ career decisions, reasons for leaving, current and expected remuneration and will use competency and behavioral based techniques. Only candidates that are likely to be short-listed would be fully briefed on the role.
A short-list will then be provided which will include interview summaries covering the above points.
Your Consultant will advise and assist in the arranging of interviews, briefing and de-briefing of all parties in a timely manner.
Offer management, resignation counseling and On-Boarding will be provided to ensure the efficient induction of the successful candidate.
Only when the successful candidate has been inducted and successfully competed any probation period and the Client Project Completion sign off has been completed will Technology Careers regard the project as a success.
